auxlepli 17 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Can the Predators right themselves after a six-game losing streak? I don't really care about the question, what's interesting to me is that only 22 people in Tennessee have voted. Whereas in Michigan 125 have voted. I think for states only New York has more at 150. Outside the U.S. 223 people have voted. Truly MIchigan is a hockey state.
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 The people from Tennessee that voted were probably trying to get to espn's NASCAR site, and accidentally ended up on espn's NHL site. I bet they're just now finding out that they have a hockey team.
NC WINGS FAN 5 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Win or lose, nobody cares! The Predators are one of too many insignificant teams that are bogging down the NHL. Like too many other organizations in this league, they have only been around a few years and therefore have no real history or identity. They are just kind of..... there. So why should anyone care? I hope to god they dont and we can move that team outta NASCAR country and move it anywhere that falls in the West so the Wings can go East!!!

I hope to god they dont and we can move that team outta NASCAR country and move it anywhere that falls in the West so the Wings can go East!!! I hate to be the one to break it to you, but Nashville is already in the Western conference. Moving the team further west changes exactly nothing with regards to opening up a spot in the East for the Wings.

I bet they're just now finding out that they have a hockey team. LOL! Anyone know if Nashville is reaching their attendance mark??? I hope to god they dont and we can move that team outta NASCAR country and move it anywhere that falls in the West so the Wings can go East!!! They're averaging around 12,000 PAID attendance. It's been reported that there is anywhere between 1000 and 3000 comped tickets given out to each game. Those don't count as paid attendance. There's no way in hell they will get 14,000 averaged over the next 38 games. Team selling+Bad Team+Nobody in Nashville cares about the Preds = Kansas City or Hamilton. I should also note that from the Preds games I've watched through the center ice package, there might be no more than 8,000 actual people in the building. Looks like that rally they held this summer really fired up the hockey faithful! Edited October 25, 2007 by Hank
Cheli24 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2007 (edited) They should bring the Preds here to Indianapolis. A NHL team would do well here I'm sure. Better than Nashville at least. Edited October 25, 2007 by Cheli24
