Yeah, it was stupid as hell, but I would be suprised if he got pulled over in some Vermont country back road after two beers and just happened to blow over the limit. Or he might of been completely messed up, either way, he's probably not a menace to society. On the other hand, didn't Mark Bell do a hit and run while drunk?
