I have your solution. Since Z is the better centerman, but you claim Dats' goal scoring problems have been due to his positioning on the left wing...why not just swap Dats and Homer? Dats would have a much better angle coming off the right side, and Homer would be in front no matter where he was listed as playing.

That's an interesting thought. If I could have my druthers I would want him at center but the idea of him being on the right hand side with predominantly with a better shooting angle and better opportunity for one-times sounds like a good enough idea to try.

Hes suggesting that Datsyuk is more comfortable at center. Hes suggesting that a move to center will bump his confidence. Hes also suggesting that Zetterberg is a better winger then Datsyuk. From that, any logical person would infer that he favors moving Datsyuk to center.

But no, thats the complete opposite. GordieSid&Ted is the "Datsyuk whisperer" He knows every thought and feeling that goes threw Datsyuk's head. But, like an expert politician, he goes on the defensive if you want to apply his policies. Aka moving Datsyuk to center or splitting up the Euro twins.

And no, I don't have a problem reading your posts. Maybe the problem lies in the fact that you can't communicate your true feelings. Its pretty obvious that the bulk of your posts, in this thread, suggest that we need to move Datsyuk.

For the millionth time, I only suggest moving Datsyuk back to center if he continues to be unable to score goals. Its not too complicated to understand.

And as for threatening PM's. Yeah, its real threatening to tell somebody to stop misquoting you and stop misrepresenting what you say. You're a joke. You know it, I know it. The rest of the board can comprehend what I've stated a 100 times but you can't? Again, how is that any different from what ive said? I claimed that you wanted to move Datsyuk back to center and you flipped claiming that I "misrepresented you". Moving Datsyuk to center entails moving Zetterberg to winger or breaking up the twins.

If I suggest that Osgood should be the starter, then most people interpret that as I would be in favor of Hasek sitting on the bench. I fail to see that I have misrepresented your so called "Suggestions". And apparently, a "Suggestion" from yourself is meaningless because you don't mean it.

If I suggest that Hudler should play center because I believe hes more comfortable that means that I think Hudler should move to center. A suggestion is just that. If you suggest that Datsyuk should be moved to center then stand by it. Don't flip flop your way out of the discussion, claim that you're going to report me to moderators and send me harassing PMs.

There are at least 4 instances where you've clearly lied about what I said or taken what i've said and made some monumental leap from one statement to something entirely different.

You're the only one misinterpreting what i've stated 100 times in this thread. Show me one time I ever said move Datsyuk right now or split up the twins? You can't. But I can show you multiple times where I stated Dats should be moved if he continues to not score goals.

He is not comparing the players he is solely talking about Dats and what appears to be his more comfortable position (I prefer doggie, oh sorry wrong forum).

GS&T- You are using two very big if's in you statements, The team is winning now and Dats is putting up points on the score sheet. You may prefer they land in a different column, but either way he is putting up points and helping this team to a 13-3-1 record so far.

You both appear to be getting really worked up over this, and as this has happened to me in the past, I suggest stepping away from this thread, maybe even the boards for a while, let it cool down and move on.

I appreciate the advice. I tried to kill this early and even then tried to take it to PM's to find out why he was doing what he was doing. He can't keep it in PM's so we are where we are.

As for ignoring him. Can't do it if he keeps making up s*** that I never said and so blatantly twisting my words around. I can't turn the other cheek on that crap.

I never said I didn't think we needed to move Datsyuk to center. What I said was he seems more comfortable at center so why isn't he there. Furthermore, when talk of switching their positions evolved, I made it crystal clear that I didn't think he needed to be moved immediately, but that he should be moved if he continued to struggle with goals. There is a world of difference between what I said and what you claim I said.

Did I ever say Zetterberg was better on wing? NO. I said he was a better winger than Datsyuk. Again, there is a world of difference between what I said and what you claim I said.

Lastly, when did I ever say to break them up? I NEVER, NEVER SUGGESTED BREAKING UP THE LINE, just rearranging it if Datsyuk's continued to struggle to score goals.

Still, through all of it, I like Eva's thought about putting Dats on the right side. We all know homer is going to make a beeline for the net so why not have Dats spend the majority of his time on the right side boards versus the left side. At least he'll be in a better shooting position more often.
