The Nashville organization admits mistake. Check out Bad plan toward the bottom of the page.

"To be brutally honest, our group felt the (plan) was a mistake."

Probably a good idea since the Predators couldn't meet the League minimum to receive the better welfare money.

I happened to see that announcement during their game the other night, and drunk Terry Crisp made some comment that now they will have sellouts again. Guy must think people don't read the paper(s) They had a back to back games with Detroit and Colorado, didnt break 15,000 vs the Wings and didnt hit 10,000 vs Colorado. Im sure the resident self proclaimed "Preds expert" will argue my point seen as how the organization contacts him daily  with all the inside info, but this team is once again struggling with attendance.

as much as i wish hockey could work there, they've had long enough with lets face it, no real progress...

i think it's time for them to look for new pastures

Okay, everyone knows I am the biggest proponent of contraction on the boards probably, but Nashville is a damn good team (at least against us) and has the makings of a real rivalry down the road. The Central has improved overall and I for one am glad it has. The Preds are there for now, so let's just make the best of it. I thought the whole premium pricing thing was a huge slap in the face to the fans when Phoenix started it, and then to have Nashville follow suit was criminal in my mind with that team struggling the way they were. The most blatant money-grab imaginable. It just shows they're not concerned about getting fans in the seats as much as they are about stemming the hemmorage of money. I hope their next idea is one that actually is geared towards the fans.

Hey good news everyone!!

Maybe Mr. Moneybags will do away with our own premium pricing he is putting on EVERY SINGLE game we play at home..

I know wishful thinking... blah

Off to saginaw tomorrow to see the Whalers vs. Sprit... go figure driving 1-1/2 hours, parking and tickets is still cheaper than going 30mins to detroit for me for a game... WOW
