Wow...Why did Lidstrom pass it up to the boards instead of passing to the open Rafalski???? Detroit loves to use their D for offense, and Rafalski has a killer slap shot...

I'd be willing to bet the opposition would be willing to pay the Wings to keep Sammy on the ice at all time. The shot count would be 0. Well, Sammy's shot count would be 987234876 but since none ever hit the net they wouldn't be registered. He sucks more than an 8 mile woman of the night, maybe Sammy should start demanding money for his services.

While I really am not that bothered that we lost, did Nashville really look that desperate today? I mean if you think that's Nashville's best, then I'm not worried in the slightest once the playoffs get here if we had to play them. But I don't think that was the best of either team's efforts. The wings didn't look good from the start. But who would really want to watch the preds play anyways? I almost fell asleep during the game today.

The Preds need every point they can get. They are battling with the Yotes and Nucks for the final spot.

Maybe the wings would rather have the preds as the # 8 so they don't have the travel in the first round. Would make sense to me. Not that they would lose intentionally, but maybe not play as hard. ahh nevermind, they're professionals

I actually didn't see you post a prediction that read " so and so will tie it up GUARANTEED" that was actually the guy i was talking to.
There's nothing wrong with people making predictions. Like DeuxEx said, it's not like a prediction is gonna do anything to effect the outcome of the game. It's just people trying to be positive about the situation, lighten up! It's not a big deal.

Im actually glad the game happend the way that it did. The Wings did not play great last game but won, so going into this game a little reminder was needed, to play hard and pass properly and etc. You don't want them going into playoffs winning every single game becasue then they get sloppy; a loss like this is a nice reminder while heading into playoffs... Now, on to tomororw... I heard Dom could play tomorrow, therefore, I hope he does... the team tends to play better in front of him and he will be hot going into playoffs... either way... GO WINGS...

I like the guy, but he was pretty much invisible out there. That's what usually happens when you have so little playing time.
