Z and D for the C 712 Report post Posted March 23, 2008 (edited) The FSN "broadcast" is over so now it's safe to come on and say Datsyuk is awesome, as is Franzen lately. This team is seriously looking more and more amazing heading into the playoffs. Shame that stupid puck deflected or Dom would have gotten a shutout. umredwing11 2 Report post Posted March 23, 2008 I missed the original playing of the game, but saw the replay on FSN. Datsyuk and Draper stuck out in my mind as playing really really well. It was nice to see Drapes back in there, especially because I didn't expect to see him out there. Pavs is just continuing his dominant play, and was loving see Dats and Hank out there again together. But even more exciting...Dan Cleary will be back Tuesday (hopefully)--soo that is what will get me through Monday and Tuesday classes. GO Wings!

Nero 20 Report post Posted March 23, 2008 You do know that he was born in Michigan, currently lives there now, and that his family members are all Wings fans, don't you? It's pretty ridiculous to say that he's personally going out of his way to screw a team that, more than likely, he rooted for growing up, and that his family probably does still root for. Anaheim disallowed goal call notwithstanding, I can't think of any other incident in which Dan O'Halloran screwed the Wings over with a bad call. Dan O'Halloran was born in Ontario, probably lives there now. His incidents include numerous calls / missed calls that always seem to go against Detroit, including waiving off the goal in Anaheim and allowing Anaheim a goal when Hasek was pushed into the net in the 2007 Stanely Cup Western Conference finals. Kira 451 Report post Posted March 23, 2008 LOL. Where'd you hear that one!? Hahahaha. Know the interview? Or what game it was that he said that? It was during the father - son trip out to Southern California. One of the side trips was an exercise set up with the Huntington Beach police, where the guys were teamed up in threes and did some paintball fighting. Pasha was with Homer and Flip, and this is what they did...the object was to go in a house and look for criminals. Apparently they had a blast doing it. Dom was with his son Michael and I'm not sure who else. But the quote from Pasha was priceless.

Okay, you DO know that he was born in Essex, Ontario... which is about a ten minutes from where I currently live. He messes up a lot of stuff for us, including the 2007 cup run against Anaheim, the disallowed goal against Anaheim on February 10th, the third most recent Nashville game, and not calling a penalty while Drapes is sprawling to the ground with a stick in his skate. There is this thing called a source. I don't know where you got that he was born in Michigan. And there is absolutely no way he was a Wings fan.
