The look of a winner

Normally I'm not a huge Pierre LeBrun fan, but.....

I haven't read such a well thought out, reasonable, and common sense-like article about the Wings in a long time. Everything that he said is what most people around here have been saying all year. I like it.

I like the article too.

But I doubt it's any better-written or much more "amazing!!!!" than an article picking the Sharks and pointing out the Wings' shortcomings. Just goes to show that, as usual, all articles praising the Wings are awesome!!!11!!11 and all the ones bashing them or praising someone else are terrible!1!11!!!!

I kinda like the fact that many analysts and fans underestimate us bringing dumb

arguments about Central Division etc. I'd like other teams to think this way, too.

this is a good team. better than last year and with some chance to pick a better

path towards WCF. anything can happen but I really like Wings chances here.

more than last year

I swear I read this on Freep.com the other day....

Like the exact same words, Deja Vu?

What I like is they have chemistry, and everyone has questions so I'll take the team with Chemistry. San Jose worries me, but we got the tools, we got the talent.

This artilcle is dead on. I'm so sick of the Wings getting absolutely no credit, being said to be out in the first round before it's even April. Anaheim is good because they beat up on everyone and go head hunting and their goalie carried them through the playoffs. No I'm sorry...their goalie EQUIPMENT carried them through the playoffs.

And the Central argument is total BS because look who San Jose and Anaheim face. They play LA and Phoenix 8 times each. And the Hawks are not as weak as they used to be. And Nashville isn't terrible at all.

Nice Ghostbuster's refernce! "It's Miller Time"

I was just talking about a lot of this with a friend the other day. I kind of like the fact that all of the "experts" are overlooking the Wings' chances. If Dom plays half as well as he did last night against Nashville, and Homer and Stuart get healthy, I like their chances.

Guest Mr. Byng

If Red Wings dominated Central as much as other divisions the other teams wouldn't have come so close to making playoffs (and because of that Nashville's situtation is still open).

Thank god for some sence in this NHL, were the only teams you hear about are Pittsburgh with Crosby and Washington with Ovechkin with the east, and with the west, you only hear about Anaheim and San Jose and if we here something about the wings, it's how they are going to have a first round playoff exit. We finally here something good about the wings.
