Sammy's not a star, stop treating him like he's suppose to be. He's blowing just about every offensive chance he's had and it's been his weakest game of his series but at least his mistakes aren't costing us goals. This has given no-name schmucks like Sammy, Peverly, and Fidler a chance because they're CHEAP! In an era where you could spend some money on your 3rd and 4th line guys like this don't get a sniff of the NHL. I'd be willing to bet that perhaps the beer tastes different here after being imported vs. what it tastes like in your part of the world. I had it twice the same night during a "buy the beer, get the glass" promotion at a bar in midtown Houston. All I recall is that at one point I had to hold my nose to get the last few gulps down. It was THAT bad. Either way... LET'S GO WINGS! I get the picture. at this moment I'm mostly going with local Amstel and Heineken (don't tell it to any real Dutch - it's normally either one or the other, never both ). but back in Poland where I lived for 29 years I used to get a lot of Czech and Slovak beer. my favourite is Zlaty Bazant (Slovak) but I also like Budvar (the original beer which Budweiser is mimicking(sp)). am not a big fan of Urquell but it's one of those "specific" beers which not everybody likes. in Czech Republic you can often buy these beers being 3 days or a week old. they are lovely Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But I think he's got at least one huge goal in him these playoffs, just like Langers last year. Go against the grain all you want. He's BRUTAL. I do NOT... repeat DO NOT bash any Wings ever just cause they have a bad game or bad shift, but this is RIDICULOUS!!! He's blown scoring chances, made bad giveaways...
