Everything with the rules makes sense. Nothing will hurt the flow of the game, just makes things safer and more interesting. I always thought that faceoffs after a penalty should be done in the penalized teams zone after the call.

Oh, so in future Penguins Finals all their BS power plays will have the additional beneift of being right next to the enemy net?

We should be taking away the advantages of a power play, not adding to them.

i don't think there was any chance of them moving..

the Canadian teams are all very solid at the moment, finance wise anyway.
