edicius 3,269 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 That's funny as hell. Guess they haven't been watching him play since he left Pittsburgh.
Guest mindfly Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Jagr can still dominate an entire game... and jagr is a guy who can play until 40!
egroen 384 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 I wouldn't mind at all if Holland was courting him as well.
Reds4Life 51 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 It would be great to see Jaromir retired as a Penguin. To all Jagr bashers: FU.
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 I'll admit that Jagr's still got something left in the tank, but I have a feeling he's going to be looking for a bit too much cash.
DYags 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 (edited) Eastern Conference: All offense, no defense edit: by this I mean Pitts is dumping all their money into forwards and not solid defenders.. It's gotta be addressed or they got no shot at a cup ...Orpik might be leaving too, their best D-man Edited July 1, 2008 by DYags

dirac 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Wow. Unless they can sign him for a mill or less I would not do it. He seems to be poison in the locker room unless he is the team leader. Look at how he acted when Mario returned and the team went from being his team, back to being Mario's. The current Pens are Sid's team. I really do not know why they would even consider this. They had a shot a veteran leader but let Roberts go...Jagr does not add any veteran style leadership quality. Unless he goes to a team where he is the number one hombre and can wear the C, he will be much more trouble than he is worth. This would be a huge waste of resources for the Pens and PLEASE don't let Holland even consider this guy. If they want a veteran I would rather see Fedorov back, so long as he comes at a greatly discounted price.
