I bet I haven't taken an actual lunch hour more than 20 times in the past 15 years. I never go out, it costs too much. I eat at my desk and work straight through the day... usually 10 hours or so. It's a result of too few people to do the work properly. I eat sometimes at 11AM and sometimes at 1 or 2PM... depends on what is going on over the noon-hour.
