55fan 5,133 Report post Posted October 11, 2010 It would not be cool because then 7-2 would =2. This would bring about the end of the world as we know it, life would cease to exist, the Lions would win the Superbowl, hell would freeze over, and donuts would be a health food. Now this all sounds good and well, but think of the downside: We'd all end up married to our ex, have to brush our teeth with denture cream, and left-handed screwdrivers would work in reverse. The person below me wishes they could quit their job.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted October 11, 2010 You ask me this at 11:00PM on a Sunday night, when in less than 8 hours, I have to go to work... yes, I would love to quit my job. Only if I had another job to go to, though. The person below me is fatalistic.

puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted October 11, 2010 (edited) No, but I do believe things happen for a reason The person below me has a lot to do this week. always busy, but not overwhelmed this week. Lots of people out travelling and in planning meetings = they leave me alone! The person below me never takes public transportation in favor of their own vehicle. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted October 11, 2010 (edited) The public transportation does not go to one job, and it does not go to the other job during the night time, which is when I work there. (I am not including cabs in public transport since that would just be silly to call a cab over my own vehicle.) The person below me thinks practical jokers should be shot- although maybe it should just be with one of those fake guns that pops out the cloth that says "BANG". 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted October 17, 2010 No. I worked all night and they frown on such activities at work. Before work there was a hockey game. Plus my bf worked all night.
