puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted February 2, 2012 Only when I think about the fact that tomorrow is Friday, and that most of my co-workers are plotting their early escape for the weekend - if they aren't already gone now. I am working my butt off on complex calculations for network billing, personally. Oh. Joy. More The person below me is OK eating the same things pretty much daily. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted February 2, 2012 I did at the c-store. They found out that due to having 3 different managers in under 3 years, I have not been getting raises, so they gave me one. I had been promised to be moved up to $8.60 in less than a year, but it didn't happen, so now they jacked me up to almost $9.60. I'm stoked. The full-time job gives raises annually on your anniversary date, so I'm not due until July. The person below me has gotten a speeding ticket.

WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted February 3, 2012 Same as always, maybe catch some of it if I have a chance and there's nothing else of higher priority. The person below me has never been to a Superbowl party.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted February 3, 2012 That depends on whether or not you count going to my parents' house. I prefer to celebrate my 2nd favourite holiday (after Christmas) in solitude or, barring that, in the company of real football fans who are there to WATCH THE GAME rather than socialize. I also prefer it if they like watching the commercials. There's plenty of time before and after the game, and during halftime to chat. The person below me is picking New England. SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted February 4, 2012 Would rather New York win because their QB is from here and I actually went to grade school with him, but I am unfortunately thinking New England wins this time around. The person below me likes to push buttons in places like the car, elevator and kitchen for no apparent reason whatsoever.

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted February 4, 2012 They kept expecting me to know the answers. Unfortunately, I did poorly in school until college, so I really didn't like school at all. The person below me feels naked when they forget their phone, purse, wallet, or other object that they usually carry where ever they go (other than clothes, of course, because then you would be naked). puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 Not that I recall, sounds like fun. My dreams, when I remember them, which isn't often, tend to involve getting lost within a space where that shouldn't be an issue (like a hotel where I can find my room or a campus where I can't find a classroom), or being late and desperately trying to find a way to get where I need to be - but can't, and no one will help me. Catastrophe results, generally. Basically, this dream-theme mirrors my actual life, more or less. Might explain why I prefer not to remember my dreams, too. The person below me needs to get to work now.
