drwscc 212 Report post Posted October 29, 2008 Homer rules. I don't know what this team would look like without him. Can't imagine what it would be like playing against him. Hope he retires a Wing, but not anytime soon.
Holmstrom96Screens 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2008 (edited) hey guys, heres a good article on holmstrom, said it just was submitted, sorry if its old !! http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=389116 the article itself isnt old but some of the material in it Larry Wigge took from another article he wrote about Holmström some years ago. For example "Oh yeah. Every game. I think about planting a two-hander across the mouth of someone on the other team" That quote was in one of his articles he wrote back around 2006 something like that. (I think that was the year he wrote it. don't quote me on that cause the article i printed it off the date wasnt on it.) It was called Cry Havoc and Let Slip Tomas Holmström. Some of the rest of it , like the quote from Lidström "he's not like your typical swedish player...not fast and skillful like Z or big hands like Samuelsson...." Edit: Sorry i made a mistake. The Lidström quote is from the same "cry havoc " article. Edited October 29, 2008 by Holmstrom96Screens
