Kira 451 Report post Posted January 29, 2009 First of all, get rid of Bettman, who has ruined the whole concept of the game. I like the Fastest Skater, the Hardest Shot and the Accuracy. I'd keep them. The three players shooting/passing against the goalie is okay. How about a penalty shot competition instead of the showing off? So I don't see how you can change the game. If people want to watch, go ahead. If people don't want to watch it (like me), that's fine. It's an All-Star Game, what do you expect? evilmrt 636 Report post Posted January 30, 2009 well, heres two ideas...one is, of course....some kind of REASONABLE SYSTEM of letting people vote only ONCE. and the second idea, which I haven't seen elsewhere: have the ASG after the season ends, and before the start of the playoffs. that would give playoff teams a break, and I think the idea might go over well just because of that. kind of like the NFL is now (starting next year) going to have the Pro Bowl during the off-week before the Super Bowl, only right after the season ends.
