Okay, not liking this momentum swing. <_<

Blame Carcillo. You don't fight when your team is up 3. Why give the Penguins anything to feed on?

Agreed. In retrospect, very dumb fight.

Not even in retrospect. There is absolutely no reason to get into a fight when your team is up 3 goals. You're just falling into a suckers trap. In retrospect it turns out to be great for the Pens. The Pens capitalize on the stupidity of the Flyers, something they have been doing all series long.

Meh. You're right that you don't fight when you are up by three. But if you do fight and you win as handily as Carcillo did, that should gain you momentum. That the Flyers proceed to give up 2 quick goals says more about them than Carcillo.

Talbot sacrificed his face to get his team back in the game. Foolish (why'd he pick Carcillo??), but admirable I suppose. I'm loving the intensity of this game, I can only imagine how good the 3rd period will be!

Because he is one of the most undisciplined players on the Flyers team and most likely to get into a fight in a non-fight situation.

Winning a fight isn't the only aspect that gains a team momentum. Talbot showed his team that he is willing to sacrifice his body to mount any sort of comeback.

Good point. I was thinking more from a match-up point of view; Talbot had to know the odds were not in his favor. There still might be some bad blood from Carcillo's "message sending" earlier in the series as well.

Man, the Flyers are out of control now!

Wow. Crosby has good hand-eye.

Almost as good as Mark Eaton...

Seriously, though. This game has been the battle of who can suck less. Neither team is playing well. They're just capitalizing on one another's piss poor moves all over the ice.

I wish the Wings were in the Eastern Conference. It'd be a cakewalk to the finals.
