The "unbeatable" Bruins down 4-1 in game 4

That's why you should root for Chicago instead.

Need I bring up Quenneville's record against the Wings?

Unfortunately, though, I don't see Chicago winning this series. They were fortunate to win either of their games in the series. Vancouver just sucks at keeping leads for some reason, so they allowed Chicago to steal a few games.

I am. For travel more than anything else, though.

I really though the B's would hand Carolina their arse in this one, so I'm deciding on what to stuff my crow with on this one.

It is really surprising, I mean San Jose has a history of early exits and Anahiem is a tough opponent, no one was terribly shocked when they went bye-bye. Boston.. wow yaknow. I wonder if they had a false sense of security after dispatching a piss-poor banged up Montreal?

I am completely with you in this sense.

I predicted a sweep =[

from what i see in replays, the bruins are handing away too many unforgiving odd man rushes, and the canes are seizing almost every one of them. seriously, watch the highlights from the last game and youll see at least 5 odd man rushes, usually followed by carolina scoring. imagine if we received that many freebies.

It's 88.2% in favor of the visitors (Carolina) winning the series. Goodbye Bruins...

When this all started there were 3 top teams contending for the Cup - Detroit, San Jose and Boston. Aneheim and Carolina are the surprise teams but hands down the most talented team that still has a legitament shot (series tied 2-2) is the Wings.

I think that it is ours to lose. Granted that things could change quickly but.....

Not that it matters, but I think this is off a little. The 4/27 Hockey News says teams up 3-1 are 214-20 (.915) since 1918-19 in best-of-7s. Just from memory, I think it's 2-1 this year (Ducks and Pens were up 3-1 and won, Rangers were up 3-1 and lost), so that would make it 216-21 (.911).

I love watching the Hurricanes play. Nobody should confuse this team with the one who went to the Finals in 2002. Yes, Maurice was the coach then, but this team doesn't resemble that team at all. They're much more like the 2006 version, which was another exciting team. They play uptempo, end to end hockey. It's refreshing, and I'd love to see a series between them and the Red Wings.

This. Carolina is fun to watch. Plus I am a Staal, Cole, Ward fan.
