Olympia Club?

I've heard rumbles before that there is a restaurant inside the Joe called the Olympia Club where it is pretty easy to meet players, have a good meal, and take in the sights of the Joe but I am struggling to find any info about it but thought it might be cool to go to to top off the night tomorrow for the Finals. Has anyone ever been here before? How is it as far as pricing, food, etc? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

If it is the one I am thinking of, yes, it is in an area that is not accessible to the general public. It's a small place for the Wings Alumni and their family and guests. Really nice inside. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the food... was only there as part of a tour.

The Olympia Room is a restaurant on the west side of the building, not a far walk from the lockeroom. You have to be a member to get in. They offer the season ticket holders a chance to join every year, but it's too rich for my blood.

I've been there twice...Once during a wings game. Got tickets that included "Become an Olympia Club member for a day". My dad and I ate there before the game. It was pretty good, but this was probably close to 8 years ago or so.

The other time I was there during a "not red wings game" event. It was when the Rockers soccer team used to play there. Probably no one here knows who they are...it was in the late 1990s. The guy I was dating at the times best friend was the music guy and his dad the announcer so after the game we all went down there and they had more music and stuff.

The Rockers were awesome as well the Neons.
