DatsyukRox 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Hey everyone, obvliously we all love sports, especially the NHL, and if you're like me then you probably think you know a lot about the NHL, so much in fact that you can predict who is gonna win everynight. Well if not then i guess this isnt for you, but if you feel like I do then check out this site that I have become obsessed with over the last couple months (CentSports). It is called CentSports and they give you money (ad supported) to be for free and once you get to $20 you can cash out. No Strings attached. So if you think you're a sports Know-It-All go to cent sports (CentSports) and really find out. Enjoy Guys... (and girls).

Echolalia 2,961 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) I didn't catch the name of the site. But here's a question for you guys (don't look it up): Who are the only six players to have their number retired by more than one team? But here's a question for you guys (don't look it up): Who are the only six players to have their number retired by more than one team? Hmmm... I'm guessing here but: Gretzky Bourque (the dumbass Avs think they had a right to retire his number even though no one cares that he played there) Messier (rangers and oilers?) Orr (he played for the Hawks for like 30 games so I assume those assholes just retired it) Roy Jesus (retired in half of the NHL cities for being the first man to walk on water, which was later bested by everyone owning skates)
Echolalia 2,961 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) You guys are going to flip when you realize who you're missing. edit: Oh, and so far the right answers are Gretzky Bourque (Avs and Bruins) Messier (Rangers and Oilers) Roy (Avs and Montreal) Edited November 12, 2009 by Echolalia

Wait... did those toolbags in Hartford actually retire Howe's number even though he's a Wing for life? I think they did.
Guest Lidstromboli Report post Posted November 12, 2009 macinnis was retired by calgary and st. louis
Guest ZetterbergFourty Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Are there really 6 of them? I thought there were only 5. Should Bourqe really count? He played like a half season in Colorado. What a bunch of knobs for sending his number to the rafters.

Echolalia 2,961 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Good work gang. Howe, Messier, Hull, Gretzky, Bourque, Roy I didn't know that MacInnis's number was retired in Calgary. Are you sure that's right?
Tane 17 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Gretzky Bourque Howe was Retired by Hartford, But Carolina Has it Back in Circulation Bobby Hull was Retired by Winnipeg and Chicago, I believe, But he was only in Winnepeg in the WHL Roy Messier I really Don't think MacInnis Has Been Retired By the Flames. I'm pretty sure the only numbers from that team Were Lanny McDonald, And Mike Vernon. I could be wrong. But I'd go with the Above list as my final 6 Hey, Does anybody know of a site where I can pay sports bets? Maybe one where I'm given free money and can cash out at 20$ with no strings attached? I mean I think I know sports and everything.....I just wish someone would make this easy for me. Let me know the name of a site, and maybe provide a link. Ah well. egroen 384 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Red Kelly is an honored number in Toronto (they only retire #s of fallen players), and there is absolutely no reason why he should not be hanging from the rafters in Detroit. I'm silly about these things, but it actually pisses me off when I am reminded of it. Detroit had one of the best defensemen of all-time for over a decade in his prime, and he was a vital component to 4 Cups... yet his number is hanging in the rafters in Toronto. We're practically on a first name basis, Djimbutu and I. I'll be sure to sign up to the site then. I won't even need to wait for my cheque to arrive since I don't need any money. wingfanatic4alltime 32 Report post Posted November 13, 2009 im a member of centsports and i still dont get it. To the best of my knowledge its free to bet on games on there site they give you 10 cents to start and then if you lose your "money" they give you a new 10 cents. How it works is every 20.00 you win centsports will pay you. Dont shoot the messenger ive never got that high so i dont know if its true i will admit it sounds pretty far fetched.
