Ive noticed a lack of predictions thus far in the GDT.. is everyone losing faith or something? haha.. anyways.. I agree we will have to be strong defensively against a team as offensively talented as Atlanta.. but actually the games we have played against strong offensive teams have been okay.. so lets hope for more of the same and another win.. I hate looking at the standings on NHL.com and seeing us out of the playoffs.. gives me a sick feeling in my stomach.. so hes predicting a win!

i have noticed througout the years that when we play "unknown" (young/rookie/) goalies we dont fare well.

we can chase broduer/luongo/turco all day long....but go up against a goalie we dont see much....bad things usually happen.

i may be on the kryptonite of the wings a bit...dont know for sure...im not a stats guy.

so tonights atlanta....hmmm. hot young rookie goalie.

i dont know if i want to watch...but i will.

come on wings....fricking score.

I think the Bertuzzi experiment hasn't gone very well. I saw someone mention that they'd like to see him skate tonight; his problem isn't skating for once, IMO.

The problem is more along the lines of him shooting at the wrong times, not shooting at the right times and making no-look backhand passes to nobody. Bertuzzi's biggest issue is that he doesn't seem to have the timing and pace that he did back when he was a force. Once everyone's healthy I'd like to see him bumped back down to the 2nd line, maybe even the 3rd.

I'm gonna rant alittle here!

First off our Defensemen cannot hit the damn net with shot from the blue line! They need to stop the damn tip passes from the blue line. I am so sick of the crap that is not working, but yet Lidstrom, Rafailski, Ericsson, keep trying the damn slapshots that are meant to be passes from the blueline.

Next: Out PK has been horrible! We have one player!! ONE PLAYER that can take faceoffs (Draper) that has been what hurts us, the faceoffs! Nashville kicked our butts in the faceoff circle. Their first powerplay we never touched the puck!

LIke other people have said, Drive the damn net! Guess where our only goal came from in the Dallas, Florida, and Nashville Games! Oh yeah!! Driving the DAMN NET!!!

We need to quit playing this fancy crap and get back to basics!! I'm tired of the excuses of injuries! We are still to talented of a team to be were we are now!!
