Bring Back The Bruise Bros 1,029 Report post Posted November 30, 2009 Has anyone heard anything about Brad May's situation with a visor? Are the team doctors still advising him to wear one?Has he made a decision on whether he wants to wear one regularly or not? Guest CaliWingsNut Report post Posted November 30, 2009 Not sure. I do know a few games back he took it off to go after someone.
redwingfan19 293 Report post Posted November 30, 2009 i think he is being advised to wear it for now. Other than that he takes it off if he knows he is going to fight, like tonight before may - barch round
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted November 30, 2009 He's fought several times since his eye injury so it doesn't matter. I just hope Babcock keeps playing him, because our record is much better with him in the lineup. We're almost unbeatable in regulation with Brad May in the lineup, especially in games where he fights.

Did you just say that our supped up indy car that we've coveted for the past 13 years can actually peform very well on a road track if it has the right tires on it?? I think you did and I agree with you. Edited November 30, 2009 by Learn2LuvIt
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted November 30, 2009 The visor thing doesn't matter, because he can just take it off before fights. If it's a spontaneous fight, that's a different story, but no one really thinks of May as a visor wearing fighter, so I doubt anyone will hold it against him. There's other tough guys who have won visors for some time while nursing an injury.
NGKEIB 32 Report post Posted November 30, 2009 Corey Perry and Claude Lemieux, both true enforcers, wear visors, so surely that makes it okay that May is wearing one. Right?
