What is the latest on his injury?

It seems like everyone here has started a thread asking when Franzen/Flip/Kronwall are coming back, but everybody has forgotten Williams.

I'm not a big fan of his, but right now we could use him in the lineup (never thought I'd say that )

All joking aside, yeah we could use him, to a certain extent, but his lazy back checking and being easily knocked off the puck aren't things we need at the moment. Although, considering we had Stuart and Meech on the second PP unit him being in the line up wouldnt hurt our PP

Sorry, I can't answer, but I the last I heard the trainers didn't have a timeframe for his return.

We definately could use him in the lineup, but then again, we could use ANYONE with a pulse in our lineup.

he was actually playing pretty well for us the time he was playing. He had a few bad games, but he really isn't a bad player at all

TSN is saying "At least two months" as of Nov. 8. So, maybe in about six weeks? He did break his leg and those things aren't easy to come back from.

No he wasn't. He had a good first couple games and then returned to typical invisibility.

He's not going to make any kind of impact on this team when he comes back. If he does, I'll eat my fair share of crow but he was never detrimental to our success much like Filppula, Kronwall, and Franzen were supposed to be this year.
