Not 100% sure, but I seem to remember hearing about it several times throughout the years. Maybe only one of the teams didn't get a penalty, or maybe it wasn't in 2001. I don't care what Devils fans say, their team has to be one of, if not the most boring teams to watch. If they get a lead early in the game you can count on a snooze fest.
