Interesting. I heard the initial report of him being interested in the Wings and then nothing more came up until now.

The 23-year old was reportedly heavily pursued by the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings, Edmonton Oilers and Chicago Blackhawks.

Detroit: Perennial contender! You may not play right away, but in time, you'll contribute.

New York: The big apple! What a great time you'd have playing in the "center of the world."

Toronto: The tradition! New York-lite, but much more into hockey and certainly a big showcase for you!

Chicago: A team right on the cusp! They are young and you'd fit right in!
