T.Low 1,011 Report post Posted April 27, 2010 OMG. Quit being such a whiny, homer. That's all this is about. Hossa barely touched the friggin' guy. And what's with people comparing this to Ovie's hit? There's no comparison at all. AO propelled a guy into the boards. Hossa barely touched the Predator defender. Good, non-suspension. Hossa barely touched him, but it doesn't take much to send a guy into the boards in that situation and it could have been catastrophic. As a Hossa fan, I still think he should have been tossed from the remainder of the game at least, maybe even a one game suspension. Just because the guy didn't get injured is no excuse. I can't believe Hossa would push a guy from behind like that after doing a header into the boards himself last year so badly (in San Jose?)
Broken 16 381 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 Was not as fast or violent as Ovechkin's, thus I agree with no suspension. He was punished enough with a 5 minute major with only a couple minutes left and his team down a goal. This. If his team hadn't bailed his sorry ass out, that push would have cost them the game.
