MulesWillFly93 199 Report post Posted May 25, 2010 Jimmy must be on NHLlive once a week lol They really like him on there, he seems to do pretty well and seems like a cool guy Exactly - because he's a rad friggin' dude! I like his interviews...he always gives honest, non-BS answers and has something to say besides the pat "great season, looking forward to next year" stuff. If I were in Michigan (or heck, anywhere in the upper Midwest), you could bet I'd be at that signing today with him and Miller. If there's anybody I really want to have a successful next season, it's him. I think he made a ton of progress over the course of this season...it wasn't like Halak who kinda came on hot all of a sudden; you could tell it was a steady kind of learning that built on itself, and I think that's definitely good news for next year. I got to meet him once earlier in the year at a signing. He seemed like he actually wanted to meet the fans and not just write his name then ask for the next one. Classy guy. Opie 308 Report post Posted May 25, 2010 As a HUGE J-Ho fan, I am glad to hear all of these comments about how cool he is in person. The guy seemed to have a good head on his shoulders when at U-Maine he was berated with questions about how good he was, how he was winning games, and he always deflected the credit to teammates. Even though a blind man could see the only reason they went anywhere was Howard.
