Not even close. I'm not saying there aren't better options out there. But it's just a call-up of a #7 type defensemen. No need to wet your pants over it. We already established they lost a good bit of depth in the off season and the jokes that spawned over the past four months have been enough to last us the whole year. Cullimore was a top-four defenseman on a Cup winning team not long ago and was on their top PK unit. Janik is a career AHLer.
