toby91_ca 620 Report post Posted January 6, 2011 I've noticed a big increase in penalty shots since the lockout. It used to be very rare, now it seems like it happens as often as a fight. This was clearly a penalty shot situation, but I highly doubt he would have been awarded a penalty shot of this was 1998.
