T.Low 1,011 Report post Posted June 2, 2011 (edited) Heard the interview with Brule on Vancouver's Team 1040. Brule seems like a fun easy going dude. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5iPMdw_BjOvQQxLM4610Tm3rEwTRg?docId=6628f1b4a98c4201af128ea103a93492 http://www.teamradio.ca/player/ Edited June 2, 2011 by T.Low 1 Hockeytown0001 reacted to this

Konnan511 1,736 Report post Posted June 2, 2011 Didn't some hockey player fix an old ladies tire on the highway on the way to his game?
Datsyerberger 279 Report post Posted June 2, 2011 Didn't some hockey player fix an old ladies tire on the highway on the way to his game? I remember Laich fixed some woman's tire either on the way to or on the way from a game 7 in which the Caps were eliminated. Think it was after the game. IrishWing19 6 Report post Posted June 2, 2011 Didn't some hockey player fix an old ladies tire on the highway on the way to his game? It was Brooks Laich on the way home after losing Game 7 last year.
Konnan511 1,736 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 I remember reading that Everglade's player Drew Larman chased down a purse snatcher in a mall one day. I also rememeber the dynamic duo of Ryan O’Byrne and Tom Kostopoulos stealing a purse lol.
LidstromIsASuperhero 29 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 Its always cool when something like this happens. Not hockey related, but i remember hearing a story about Jon Jones stopping a purse snatcher right before winning the UFC light heavyweight title.

T.Low 1,011 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 Apparently the streets in Vancouver have no name. Easier to get lost. Has Bono finally found what he was looking for: a ride by an ice hockey player and his girlfriend?

InKennyWeTrust 126 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 I don't know if I should or not, but the last sentence in the report made me laugh. The 24-year-old Brule missed half of this season because of illnesses, intestinal problems, a sprained ankle and a concussion. 2 T.Low and Greatness=PavelDatsyuk reacted to this
Electrophile 3,554 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 (edited) Bono must believe in God's mysterious ways, because right before Brule stopped his car, The Edge sent him a text message saying "If you're not here in 30 minutes, we're going on with or without you." He sure must have thought he was stuck in a moment he couldn't get out of. BTW, this reminds me I really need to put some U2 on my iPod. Guest Crymson Report post Posted June 3, 2011 (edited) Apparently the streets in Vancouver have no name. Easier to get lost. And given the rainy weather, it certainly wasn't a beautiful day to be walking around in. Edited June 3, 2011 by Crymson

egroen 384 Report post Posted June 4, 2011 I'm sure his feet were numb, but he told himself to just walk on. It was actually an infection, and his foot ended up needing to be amputated. Am I doing this right? 1 Uncle Danny reacted to this
