That might be the only time the Cup was ever decided in overtime in a game 7, and the Wings did it twice. Fine line between being a dynasty and just being good. You're right, the Wings' two cup wins in 1950 and 1954 were the only times in NHL history that the cup was won in OT in game 7. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
