I agree with this and that is why I believe they need to be spread throughout the lines: So I would roll with Larkin - Z - Abs Tatar - Datsyuk - Jurco Nyq - AA - Richards Helm - Glendening - Sheahan For those who don't like Richards put Pulk there.
-
If it were me I would roll with Z - Pav- Abs Nyq- AA - Larkin Tatar-Richards-Jurco Sheahan-Glendening-Helm

I don't mind trying those lines at all, especially if we aren't willing to call anyone up. If I was my choice I would go with Nyquist - Z- Abs Larkin - Datsyuk - Tatar Richards - AA - Jurco Helm - Sheahan - Glendening It does a disservice to Sheahan who admittedly has played beyond a 4th line level, but I loved what AA showed while he was here and I want to see him play.

They both deserve to be in the top 2 lines. But in reality we have been playing well besides our late game melt downs. So its hard to want to mix things up. Especially because the Sheahan-Tatar-Nyquist line has been good But if I had to mix things up - Its moving Nyquist and Tatar up. Moving Abs down and getting Jurco regular minutes. So my lines which I posted elsewhere would look like Nyquist - Z- Larkin Tatar- Pavel - Jurco Pulkinnen - Richards - Helm Miller - Sheahan - Abs -

We are mishandling Jurco. Let him get a run of games in the top 9 and see how he does. Also the 4th line has been surrendering leads so lets put Pulkinnen there, That makes no sense and makes that line terrible. -
Thanks for all the input. We love Nashville as a city, we will be staying downtown by the stadium. Just never been to a game down there.

My wife and I are looking at celebrating our 10 year anniversary in Nashville to see the Wings take on the Predators. Just wondering if anyone has attended a game in Nashville? Is there a visitors section, is there a way to get tickets through the Redwings? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It is winning hockey. Hence the winning record and as I said if the power play had any life at all that number would be better, and the power play will eventually wake up

I am just not sure I get the complaining and whining about style of play. Would it be great to win 5-1 every night? Yes, but what team is doing that? Generally if you score more goals you are going to give up more goals. Our style is fine, lets be honest we won the game last night in regulation, so the style of play was not the problem. Honestly our strategy of play solid defensive puck possession hockey is just fine Because here is the plan: 1. Get a goal or 2 at even strength 2. lock the other team down(we have been doing that) 3. Get opportunities for the power play and take advantage The only problem we have right now is #3. If the power play gets any kind of pulse we will be a very solid team. Last night we had a goal taken away from us, and our power play was abysmal.. fix the power play and these close games aren't as close anymore

Howard has been fantastic. Can't wait until Pavel is back.. I love this team(even though this game has not been the best effort at times) -

Franzen was great tonight

great pass and set up from Franzen... we need him to play with that size and strength night in and night out

There we go. Now lets get another and take control of this
