Surprised Barista's isn't a choice have a big coffee mug on the front of the jersey. When a hat trick is scored coffee cups instead of hats are thrown on ice. Penalty box is the Penalty pot. No offending any group as everyone in Seattle is jacked on java.

The biggest question is can Kenny pull off any of the above scenarios ? If Foote grows up to be like his father I am okay with getting him. Seem to remember daddy was quite nasty back in the rivalry days...

Either he has won the job or as we have always wanted ride the hot hand until he fails. Jimmy failed against the Hawks so time for Mrazek to try to shine. I would love to see either goalie become the second coming of Sawchuck but know better.

Kinda digging the whole youth thing as I believe we are doing what Jersey did last year. Semi throw in the towel let the kids gain experience and hopefully get some more help at draft time. I have accepted no playoffs this year and watch the games with eye towards the future. -

During lunch reading this http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/sportsnets-2018-nhl-draft-prospect-rankings-january/ and noticed the following of the current top 10 potentials and understand they can drop others come up etc. But 5 of the top 10 are D 7 of the top 15 are D 9 of the top 20 are D so the chances of us having a high pick and getting a semi-stud of a defenseman might happen obviously getting number is our current goal. -
This sentence from the article made me laugh... "I don't want to say just a checker, I don't mean it in that sense but Kirk Maltby had 50 goals when he played junior and people that didn't see him play junior might not know that. " If you EVER watched a game when Maltby played it was mentioned a FEW times he was 50 goal scorer in juniors. .....

Line up getting younger and faster experience is a good thing and a high draft pick even better -
Big thing will be after this layoff if Jimmy is still tender in the lower regions PM gets the start and has had a week to work his butt off getting ready. If he comes in and lays an egg of suck then.......I am still wondering what happened around the time of his birthday when he was playing almost lights off then faded. Someone get pictures of him doing something bad and are blackmailing him for the last 2 years?
