The first time the bride threw it, she threw it to the side and it hit the wall. So then she threw it again but she wasn't turned around, and she threw it straight at me. Even if I had tried to hide, they would have tried to find me. There wasn't a lot of single people, it was mostly older people at the wedding. And I think no matter who had caught the garter, it would have been a family member My uncle who caught it is studying to be a priest, so he can't get married anyway. The wedding boquet always makes me think of that one old movie with Jennifer Aniston and Jay Mohr when the girl who caught the boquet had to pretend to be married to the guy who caught the garter. I was surprised at the diversity of the menu, I guess I was expecting chili, antipasto salad, and flaming goat cheese, but the mastaccholi was pretty good and so was fried cheesecake dessert thing.
