theman19 47 Report post Posted October 8, 2006 www.spectorshockey.net Report says that if Dom struggles wings are likly to go after biron via trade. In my mind we already tried this during the offseason that why dom was brought in to begin with. Personally i think if we trade for anything it better be a scoring winger. RyanBarnes! 293 Report post Posted October 8, 2006 That would be incredibly stupid. Even more so than signing Hasek in the first place.
interminded 1 Report post Posted October 8, 2006 IMO, Holland will only aquire another goalie if Hasek gets seriously hurt. Struggling is not enough. And Hasek never has struggled. He plays good or he gets hurt.
SwedeLundin77 460 Report post Posted October 8, 2006 If this were to happen, it would only happen towrad the later months of the season closing in on the deadline, if Hasek is either struggling bad (which I HIGHLY doubt) or is injured (which I also HIGHLY doubt). We won't need another goalie, they'll go with Osgood if something happens, he's perfectly capable to take on a full load. We're more likely to go after a winger before a goaltender this season. Depending on how our offense does down the stretch.

WhiteLightning91 105 Report post Posted October 9, 2006 You can already see the need for a scorer on the powerplay. That is the main thing we should be focusing on throughout the year; trying to find a decent winger.
wingslogo19 281 Report post Posted October 9, 2006 as long as his tissue papaer groin holds it together True enough, as long as he doesn't play more than 50 games during the regular season he should be rested and fine for the playoffs You can already see the need for a scorer on the powerplay. That is the main thing we should be focusing on throughout the year; trying to find a decent winger. Exactly what i've been saying, thank you
