Guest Crymson Report post Posted March 15, 2007 I'd like to nominate Hasek for star #4, and Holmstrom for star #5 for being such a tough mother f%@!er.

J-Swift 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2007 Well, the goal-tending tandom showed just how good they can be. Gotta feel good about these two Our goalies outplayed their's in back-to-back games. That's nice to see. Sucks to hear about Filppula, though. He looked great last night.

My top three would be Rex, Dom, Badass. Dom kept us in this so we could shine in the 4rd.
Lazerbeam 13 Report post Posted March 15, 2007 Hasek should have been named 2nd Star of the game at least!!! He kept us in the game with big saves in the 1st period!!!

But who cares, the other guys deserved them, too. i think we've come to expect this kind of play from dom, that's what makes him great. if anything it's a compliment that he can play this well and not stand out too much. Guest Crymson Report post Posted March 15, 2007 Wow.. I envy you. I wish my family annual income came close to that of yours So your family comes from the old southern aristocracy. Congratulations, you earned your wealth off the back of slaves, and are no better then your trailer park trash neighbor. You know nothing about hockey so stop trolling and bragging about how much money you have in comparison to others on this board. Eheh.. I'm morally against this sort of conflict in general, but that one got a laugh out of me. I'll have to go punish myself.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted March 15, 2007 dom was great tonight. yes, he certainly was. I figured the goals would over-shadow his work tonight, but he won't care, so why should I, right? Wings are going to be amazing when we get everyone back...

I stop just short of saying, taken for granted, because I don't believe he is. But is he expected to perform like he did tonight? Yes. Just expected of him, no biggie. Hudler, Lang, Calder... wow. Where's Flip and what's the story?? Remember, CI doesn't think we subscribers want to see post games.
J-Swift 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2007 no love for the Dom, as I predicted. Color me unsurprised by that. But who cares, the other guys deserved them, too. I'm not a big fan of Lang getting the second star. The offence he brings is nice for sure, but those ridiculous giveaways of his really need to stop.

TOOTOO had ZERO points the last 2 games....what a great player he is..... lol fiddler is a joke as well tootoo's a *****. he's a maltby, i'd love to have him on my team (well, like maltby used to be) but hate him when we play against him. his cross check to dats back pissed me off to no end. how that was not called is beyond me. this officiating has been ridiculous lately. ProudestMonkey 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2007 To all Red Wing fans who were decent enough to talk about hockey, I thank you. To all of you who continue with the typical Tennessee stereotypes, I hope that you will one day be educated. Tonight was a great game from two injury plagued teams...I don't think the battle for the Central division crown is over and it should be an exciting finish. I feel as if some of you aren't intelligent enough to come up with anything other than stereotypical bashing. Maybe in the past it was easy to dismiss Nashville fans because we were always cellar dwellers, but now that we have a great team you can only resort to the typical, Southern stereotypical bulls***. It's too easy to say "Nashville is full of rednecks" or "Detroit is full of criminals". I ask all of you, Nashville and Detroit fans alike, to quit being small-minded f***heads and to just talk about the game itself. Thanks.
