Good article. Even from not watching the games, but seeing the points, I knew that Calder and Lang had started working really well together.

Calder has been a revelation here. I always thought of him as a good player, I still can't believe how Kenny pulled Willy for him straight up. He plays a gutsy game that we need in the playoffs. I hope we re-sign him, obviously for less than his current $2.95 million but something around $1.5-2 million.

Langer still looks lazy but at least he hasn't sucked quite as much recently!

In the nine games that Calder has played as a Wing so far Lang has had 5 goals and 6 assists. Pretty good if you ask me.

So I was thinking... why not keep that line together for the playoffs? I mean they're clicking, there's some size, scoring, grit there right? Let's create a third line with Franzen, Flip and Bert and leave the Lang line alone. That would hopefully give us 3 good lines that can score going into the playoffs.
