Oh yeah, he was Lidstrom's defensive partner in the 2002 playoffs. He scored the game winner in like double overtime against the Avs in game 2 of the WCF. edit: It was a long slapper from just inside the blueline that (I think) deflected of an Av and beat Roy. SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted March 29, 2007 Neat little read, that changes my perception of Hasek some, although he still rubs me the wrong way to an extent. If there's one thing I have always liked about him though in spite of the goalie drama circus a few seasons ago was that he rarely seems to lose any intensity at his job.
