Jesus, I was just as scared as you were. Sounds like it's just a precautionary measure. I have no complaints about that. Yeah a strain and sprain are sure different! When I first saw 'sprain' I nearly had a heart attack! LOL I was like OMG HE IS DONE! but yeah..a strain is nothing..just soreness in his neck. Vincanni 1 Report post Posted April 6, 2007 Well from what I'm researching neck strain can persist for up to 4-6 weeks but this is automobile accident calibre whiplash, I doubt his injury's half as bad. I'm betting he sits out next game, likely makes the bgeinning of the playoffs but won't be 100% Either way it's nothing so debilitating that he can't play, just might make things a little uncomfortable.
