Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=212948&hubname=nhl I wonder where Raycrofts going?
HockeyCrazy3033 168 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 Raycroft's gotta be on the move soon... Hmmm I'll say that he lands in Nashville.
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 Clemmensen is a true backup. Something is definitly up with Raycroft. That will probably go down as the worst trade (or one of them anyways) for Toronto. They gave up Tukka Rask, who is the best goalie in the world outside of the NHL, for Raycroft, who they will probably be trading now. I feel for the fans of that team, since it must be hard to put up with that.

Unfortunately, as they are one of those two teams, I can't help but laugh, laugh, laugh. Schadenfreude (is that how you spell it?) is great.
T-Ruff 47 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 The Star said that Clemmenson would be playing in the AHL to help Pogge along in his development..... but then again that could just be polite talk while they shop Raycroft.....
Barrie 900 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 I feel for the fans of that team, since it must be hard to put up with that. It's their own fault for continually supporting the Leafs losing tradition.
Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 Raycroft will go to L.A I could see that, he would just be the latest in L.A.'s inconsistent goalie merry-go-round. Potvin, Cechmanek, Garon, and now Raycroft. Good luck with that.
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted July 8, 2007 If they were anyone but the Toronto Maple Leafs (okay, or the Calgary Flames) I'd feel for them. Unfortunately, as they are one of those two teams, I can't help but laugh, laugh, laugh. Schadenfreude (is that how you spell it?) is great. I'd rather see the Leafs be more successful then Carolina! Call me a traditionalist in this situation, but that's how I feel. It's their own fault for continually supporting the Leafs losing tradition. That's true, but considering almost 90% of people who go to Leafs games are from corperate companies and wear a suit and tie, I don't think the true fans are at fault here.
