Son of a Wing 1,644 Report post Posted August 16, 2007 Anyone else looking forward to this? The Wings have 2 prospects on team Canada - Cory Emmerton and Logan Pyett. None that I know of on team Russia. The tourny starts on the 27th and goes til Sept 9. Im really looking forward to see what Emmerton can do. I expect big things from this kid. The World Jrs. are in my opinion the best hockey you can watch, and it's going to be like we're watching the gold medal game 8 times. I just hope it's a close series. GO CANADA GO! I like the World Junior Championships too, but I don't think it's the best hockey you can watch. Besides the NHL, I love watching the kids play in the WHL.
