wingfaninco 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 I got my old Yzerman authentic autographed. So it is bound for a jersey case on the wall. NowI need to purchase a new jersey. I hate to even consider a new Reebock but if I have to I guess I will. But first some questions. 1). Does anyone have a customized "New and Improved" Reebock Edge? Is there any screen printing on them? Nameplates? Is it really worth the $300+ bucks? 2). Is there anywhere to still pick up a customized authenic CCM? 34Legace34 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 old styles are still everywhere... i saw some customized reebok jerseys the other day, and they look good from far, but they are cheaply made. The letters/numbers/patches are all screenprinted but sewn...it looks kind of weird.

wingfaninco 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 "i saw some customized reebok jerseys the other day, and they look good from far, but they are cheaply made. The letters/numbers/patches are all screenprinted but sewn...it looks kind of weird." This is the root of one question. Are these correctly customized authentic jerseys? I cant tell from on ice pics but I dont believe the letters/numbers/patches are screen printed on the "actual authentic game worn" jerseys.
firmamentandfin 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 hello, everyone. this is my first post here and i apologize for it being somewhat of an insignificant one. since the subject here is the new authentic reebok jersey, i have a question. i ordered one(lidstrom) home jersey online through the official shop. when it arrived, i noticed that the numbers on the sleeves lie within a circular faded area(the variation of the tint compared to the rest of the sleeve is noticeable). it almost seems as if they "accidently" applied the heat-pressed numbers before realizing they made a mistake..... anyway, to those of you who have seen or own the home jersey, can you please let me know if this is a defect or such!? besides the net, i have no other places to compare it to(i live in a small town deep in the south and in the middle of nowhere whose population could not care less about hockey). thank you for any help you could provide!!! I cant tell from on ice pics but I dont believe the letters/numbers/patches are screen printed on the "actual authentic game worn" jerseys. these were the cheaper version, so i think if you dish out the money, the one youll get will be better. its good with the wings because they dont have any patches or anything. if you compare a jersey like the new bruins or flames, the patches on the cheaper ones are not stitched...they are a screenprinted patch that is sewn on. if that makes any sense...lol i found last years ccm at my local shop...the lettering/work cost me about 60 bucks. if your doing it through a local shop, ask if they are getting the letters/numbers from STAHLS...they are the only official company for the nhl and mlb
Weaksauce 5 Report post Posted December 9, 2007 I decided to order my jerseys from Sportsk after a recommendation I came across on here. They arrived last week, I am very impressed with the work they did. They threw the 02 Cup patch on for free as well. The Boston jersey is a replica, the two that matter are Authentics.
