Ouch. That sucks. Although It could have been a hell of alot worse. Still, a player like Michael Vick(thats in his prime) may never be the same player again. The guy is one of the, if not THE fastest guy in the game. No doubt he will lose some of that speed being locked in a cell for almost 2 years. I definitely think he'll play again. But I don't ever see him being the speedster he once was. Pretty sad situation. Cause he does deserve punishment. But now football fans will be slightly punished too. Especially Falcon fans.

Bah, it doesn't suck. It's about time they didn't let a professional athlete off the hook. Now they just gotta get Bonds in jail now too. He can boycott the Hall of Fame from his jail cell.

Only sucks from a football standpoint. Justice wise, he deserves prison time. Im fine with the sentence. But for an athelete to be in a cell for 2 years during his prime, definitely sucks.

You know I ALMOST felt a little bad for him after he was released on bail. Around that time he had federal AND state charges. 2 or 3 banks are suing him for millions. Obviously no job now. But when he tested positive for dope while he was on bail it told me he didn't give a flying F about the privledge of playing in the NFL or about his honor. When a judge with your life in his hands tells you not to smoke dope and you do, that's sad and i'm sure it played a factor in the sentancing.

So you support him in killing the dogs

I dont support killing dogs..

but i do support, convicting real criminals and stop wasting time and making such a big deal about killing a freaking dog..

If i had my choice, He would of got a Fine and Probation..

We seriously need to work on taking real criminals off the streets.. *Drug Dealers-Petaphiles-Junkines-WifeBeaters-Thugs* Theres alot bigger problems with our country then a poor ole Pitbulls death. considering most the peoplein the us. dont give 2 s***s if a pitbull dies anway..

my 2 cents..

Well I would agree in both the us and here in Canada that the law needs to crack down way more on bigger issues.. Like I hear about a guy stealling a bike and they make a huge deal about it, when there's people getting shot and rapist out there.... But I still don't condone killing animals at all
