Lou_Siffer 1 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 I wonder why there isnt any pictures, the whole setup seems like it would be funny. Wonder no more! I've highlighted the obvious weakness in his game....other than that....he'd be rollin' most nights!
nicknik 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 WOW Just incredible. But then again an extra large set of shoulder pads should fix that problem area.
mooose kiiisses 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2007 I'm probably the only one but I think that it is horrible. That guy is a real jackass. Can you imagine how embarassing that article and book is for some people? People that already have self-esteem issues? How can hockey fans think that it is funny when the author specifically states that he is trying to ruin the NHL?
Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 I dunno about the morbidly obese goalie idea...I'm more inclined to the idea on Saturday Night Live when Wayne Gretzky hosted years ago: "Wayne, why don't the Kings just put a midget in goal holding a giant board the size of the net? No one could ever score."

Oh Captain_My Captain 19 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 Thanks for the great read this morning. Found myself laughing out loud a lot. I particularly love this line: "After one particularly brutal slapshot that ripped off the fat suit's overalls, I checked on Trevor to see how he was doing. "My knee hurts and I can't breathe." Great, Trevor! Keep up the good work!" Funny, funny stuff.

Can you imagine how embarassing that article and book is for some people? People that already have self-esteem issues? How can hockey fans think that it is funny when the author specifically states that he is trying to ruin the NHL? Um, pretty sure that his trying to ruin the NHL line is just a joke. Anyway, that article was absolutely hilarious. I would have loved to see the practice with the Caps.
German Red Wing 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2007 (edited) That might be a good idea considering after the Anaheim trade, the days of Tkachuk being a Weight watcher are over. Now he has McDonald feeding him. I just laughed my *bleep* off! This one is really good... Edited December 21, 2007 by German Red Wing
Lou_Siffer 1 Report post Posted December 22, 2007 I just laughed my *bleep* off! This one is really good... Thanks. Is he just meant to be with Tkachuk or what?! He already had DJ "Burger" King on the team...now he's got both covered. Whats next, trade for Rene Bourque so they can give him an "R.B." too???
