shannyfan1414 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2007 Well this one is bitter sweet for me. I hate Brady. But i have to say that it's very impressive that an NFL team is able to go undefeated during the regular season. Now i just hope that they fall to the Colts in the playoffs again. Congrats to the Pats
haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 30, 2007 I can't think of a team I'd rather have lose their first playoff game more than the Pats. I actually used to be a pretty big fan, but after the cheating, the way Belichick wasn't even man enough to admit they cheated, and then the running up of the scores as if the league has done them some great injustice, I hope they go down as the biggest choke artists in NFL history. From 16-0 to getting knocked out their first game.

From 16-0 to getting knocked out their first game. Agreed. I can't hate Tom Brady. I don't even really hate the Patriots as a team. I do hate Belichick though. Worst-case scenario: a Packers-Patriots Super Bowl. We'll be drowning in media drool. Half of them will be slobbering over the potential for a 19-0 season and the other half will be beating each other up to be first in line to provide oral satisfaction to Brett Favre. It'll be set up as the Good vs. Evil Super Bowl. Brett Favre, who is Luke Skywalker and Rocky all rolled into one, will bring his rugged sexy manly good looks and his precious golden arm into the tilt against the Eeeeeeeeeevil Empire and their juggernaut of complete and total perfection. Worst part is: The NFC playoffs will feature six teams I hate. Well, I don't hate the Seahawks much. But I do have a friend who's very obnoxious about his Seahawk fandom. CopenhagenWing 38 Report post Posted December 30, 2007 It sickens me that a POS like Moss holds the TD receptions mark.
Guest DetroitIan Report post Posted December 30, 2007 It sickens me that a POS like Moss holds the TD receptions mark. The guy has mad game. Regardless of how he is off the field, he totally deserves the record. He's just that damn good. Best receiver in the game. I knew the Pats were taking it all the way to 16-0. And they'll be 19-0 before its all said and done. It's just so incredable that the Patriots have managed to win so much in this world of free agency. When you put that into a account, I give more respect to the Pats undefeated record, then I do the '72 Dolphins. Not to mention the Pats are 16-0 and the Dolphins were 14-0. These Patriots just may be the best team in NFL history.

Best receiver in the game. Fact: Moss is talented. He now holds the single season record. Fact: Rice had 22 in a strike shortened season. Going EUZ on you, Moss had 1.4375 TD's per game while Rice had 1.8333 TD's per game. Rice was just that damn good.

And Randy basically looks like skin and bones. Very impressive to see him set the record in 2007. Both are great receivers though. And I would love to have either in their prime. But Randy has a higher vertical jump. He's faster than Rice. And he might be breaking a few more of Jerry's records before its all said and done. Im not a big fan of Randy's attitude off the field. But the guy is a total bad ass on the field. Better than T.O., and IMO just as good if not better than Rice.

Thanks.... Brady now holds the record by himself at 50 touchdowns. Crazy season. No one ever thought Peyton's record would be broken this fast. Tom Brady is the man.
