WingMachine91 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 espn? ill pass. actually, for those of you who want the nhl back on espn, and trust me that will be for the best, go to espn and go to the nhl page as much as possible, cause right now espn is taking notice that the nhl is actually getting alot of hits on their site, alot more than they expected and they are really thinking of bringin back nhl, so go there as much as possible and let them know there are plenty of hockey fans
Guest jaytan Report post Posted January 24, 2008 Even after the three Cups it hurts just to think about that chokejob. I broke some furniture when we lost to Colorado. Or the Sudiques, as I coined them at the time.

Sergei Fedorov91 24 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 I'd say we overcame that list of infamy by winning the cup back to back. Then once again.
Mudvayneowns91 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 (edited) The 06 Wings? I really would say the 02 Wings were a better team...IMO I'm pretty sure the list was about how great the teams were in the regular season and how they got upset in the playoffs. The 8th seeded Oilers beating the 1st place Wings was a pretty big upset, I think. Edited January 24, 2008 by Mudvayneowns91

auxlepli 17 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 Surely there must be more hockey teams besides the Red Wings that had record-breaking regular seasons only to fail in the post-season. actually, for those of you who want the nhl back on espn, and trust me that will be for the best, go to espn and go to the nhl page as much as possible, cause right now espn is taking notice that the nhl is actually getting alot of hits on their site, alot more than they expected and they are really thinking of bringin back nhl, so go there as much as possible and let them know there are plenty of hockey fans Just curious but where do you get that information? I found MyESPN several months ago really liked it, visited the site frequently regarding hockey stories, stats, etc. Then I found I could also personalize SportingNews and CBS SportsLine. Now I visit those sites more than ESPN. It doesn't have anything to do with how ESPN has treated and continues to treat hockey either. Just like those others more and the chat there more than at ESPN. To be fair though, there are some features on ESPN that could be emulated on SportingNews and CBS SportsLine.
