Especially since it doesn't add up that a guy making a half million a year would want some women's purse and stand outside with it after he took it. So...I don't see why he had to be arrested if this was the case. I can't believe he did it for the cell phone and the money. Maybe he's a klepto, and if that's the case then there's the answer. If not, there has to be more to the story.
