WhiteLightning91 105 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 What the hell is Samuelsson still doing on the point on the PP? I don't know how many quotes I read from Babcock and Holland praising Stuart's PP ability, yet that f*** Samuelsson is still on the point after what, 8 or 9 games? HockeyCrazy3033 168 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 (edited) Alright so I just realized it is still possible, though unlikely that the Sharks catch up to the Wings and take over first. They have 92 points with a game in hand and have won their last 11 games I believe? Pretty crazy. Wings do need to win a few more and get points here and there to remain first overall. You'd think games like these that remain would be sure wins, but it's always not the case. Edited March 16, 2008 by HockeyCrazy3033
russianswede919293 95 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 Ever since Mac got back to Detroit, I know he's not playing yet but hes in the locker room, Maltby has looked significantly younger, and playing some of his best hockey I've seen him play in ages. They have 92 points with a game in hand and have won their last 11 games I believe? Pretty crazy. Wings do need to win a few more and get points here and there to seal first overall. You'd think games like these that remain would be sure wins, but it's always not the case. Its cause Nashville is playing for the playoffs, the BJ's are playing for Nash, the Hawks are playing for an extremely remote playoff possibility... The Wings are playing for....rest...I mean the playoffs...

russianswede919293 95 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 Sammy shot block #75648304 I'm pretty sure that he doesn't aim...I mean he shoots it into peoples feet 85% percent of the time, wide 10% of the time at the goalies chest 4.9% of the time and in the net .1% of the time...he must not look...I think he closes his eyes and shoots... edicius 3,269 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 At this rate, we better not play any Central Division teams in the playoffs. Blech. Dats to the box, getting a bit chippy. Its funny edi, in the past analysts said the wings dominated the league cause they beat up on their division...this year we sucked against the division and are still dominating the league.... TAKE THAT ANALYSTS.
russianswede919293 95 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 Oh, come on, he has a 4.68% shooting percentage this season... Thats inflated though because shots into the defensemans foot don't count in that total...nor do the ones that go soccer net parameters...
