edicius 3,269 Report post Posted March 16, 2008 Dom can't win tonight. He goes down early on the 1st one, then stays up for the 2nd one. Though the first one he did was he was supposed to do, protect against the wrap around, he can't help it if Nash goes out wide and 2 guys skate inbetween him and the net then Nash dishes it off to the side for a one timer. Wait, I don't remember a one timer for the first goal. I thought it was a failed wraparound, skating past and away from the crease, then taking the shot. In any case...I'm not happy with either goal, both by defensive coverage OR goaltending. First goal was a softie through the legs and the second, Dom kicked it in himself. I love Dom, but come on. Just because we made the playoffs doesn't mean stop playing. Didn't this happen in 2002 when they clinched the playoffs?
