wingslogo19 281 Report post Posted April 4, 2008 Zubov hasn't played in a bit now. I thought it was a differnt injury too?
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted April 4, 2008 They have no chance of beating Anaheim anyway. Yeah, they've had some success earlier this year against them, but this is the Stars we're talking about. They're playoff chokers.
RockyMountainWingGal 108 Report post Posted April 4, 2008 Ouch - they keep talking "when Zubov comes back we'll be fine" - now cannot count on that. Would love for them to give the Ducks a run but do not see it happening...
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 4, 2008 I still think they can beat Anaheim, even without Zubov. It's not like the Ducks don't have their own problems.

It's not like the Ducks don't have their own problems. what problems do the Ducks have, besides all those part time players? The NHL finally caught on and fired their refs? Poor Dallas. Losing Zubie is like us losing Nick.
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 5, 2008 Which would be? Lack of scoring. One of their scorers (Corey Perry) out until the end of April. Giguere and Getzlaf still possibly dealing with nagging injuries. The Ducks are beatable, even by a Zubov-less Dallas.

Duck Guy 86 Report post Posted April 5, 2008 (edited) watch people Dallas is doing good this season so common sense says that they will not win a playoff game/Series **see Dallas Cowboys.... Edited April 5, 2008 by Duck Guy
RedLightGoesOn 81 Report post Posted April 5, 2008 I want Dallas to lose and Colorado to win. That would mean it would be San Jose vs. Anaheim. I want to see that as much as I want to Wings to win the Cup this year.

I want to see that as much as I want to Wings to win the Cup this year. That already has happened in my mind. Minnesota and Dallas are the teams I'd most want to see the Wings play. Reds4Life 51 Report post Posted April 5, 2008 Anaheim has really really poor offense. Their D is awesome, but I think Dallas can beat them.

C'mon Duck Guy....are you that nervous about Dallas that you came up with that response? Dallas was doing great this season but hasn't been anything to worry about the past month and a half. That being said, I think your comment was one of respect/fear of Dallas considering they took 11 out of 16 points from Anaheim this season.
