Hes always taking on the big boys and can put up some goals as well. The Pens got OWNED in that trade. God...Im just waiting or Detroit to find themselves one of these. Its why i get frustrated when the Wings never draft guys like this...or try to acquire them while theyre in the minors for other clubs. I mean Carcillo was a 3rd rounder, Boll (who will score 10 next year) was a 4th....these are the types that have potential to become those invaluable guys you're talking about. When I look at what the Wings currently have in the minors, whether it be in Grand Rapids or their prospects in juniors, nothing comes close. They have some potential for toughness, like Abdelkader, Kyle Quincey, Randall Gelech, and maybe a couple others, but there is not much else after that. It's a shame that every other team can manage to find guys like that except for the Wings, who can't. Oh well. This is certainly nothing new, to say the least. Funny thing is I was just thinking yesterday when i posted this how much i would LOVE to see Carcillo and Brad May fight, without even knowing they were playing each other.
